What we collect and why
We only collect what you choose to type into our forms.
Contact form
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message, and, if you add them, your phone number and company name, along with the package you say you are interested in. We use this to reply to your enquiry.
Booking form
When you book a call we collect your name, email address, the time slot you choose, and, if you add them, your phone number and any notes. We use this to arrange and confirm your call.
Our lawful basis
We handle this information to respond to your request and to take steps at your request before any agreement, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services. Giving us your details is your choice; if you do not, we cannot reply to you.
Who can see it
Your information is seen by the people at Property Progressors Ltd who deal with enquiries and bookings. We do not sell it and we do not share it for marketing. We may use trusted service providers to host this site and deliver our email; they act on our instructions.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics and no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of your visit.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our ordinary business records, then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email natasha@propertyprogressors.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
